Not sure what to say about the skatepark at the Nieuwe Meer, they’re just sitting there alongside of the lake. These skate obstacles in no way represent what skaters like to skate yet were probably sold to give the youngest skaters who want to learn how to skate a place to do so. The asphalt is very rough making this ‘skatepark’ nearly impossible to use with skate wheels. Who would drop off their kids at such a facility? Truly terrible… this park is similar to the skateparks of the Nieuwmarkt (R.I.P.) or at the stadspark Osdorp. It is unclear which manufacturer made this as there is no name on the obstacles.
