An era has come to an end…
as of Saturday the 17th of April the legendary Bridgeramp is no more. Due to a lack of maintenance and many other factors the only decent vertramp of Amsterdam and it’s surroundings was deemed unsafe. Now this third rendition of the Bridgeramp has been torn down…

But it’s looking like we may be on the brink of a new era of vertical ripping! Within a matter of months the city of Amsterdam will build a brandnew sixteen meter wide monster of a vertramp!  Built by the same people who make the X-Games ramps this vertramp will be an incredible improvement compared to the old ramp that was recently demolished. Not only will it be 4 meters wider than the old ramp, it will also feature two roll-ins to give  you a massive increase in speed when rolling in from the top. Sixteen meters of solid steel, we can’t wait!

The  notorious & famous Amsterdam Bridgeramp dates back as far as 1988 and was probably one of the best vertramps in Europe during this period. So whereas some may feel bitter about the old ramp being torn down we are very hopeful that this new ramp will kickstart a new chapter in the long & rich history of the one and only Amsterdam Bridgeramp! Vert may be considered dead by some but we say long live the vert!
