Take a minute to look at these pictures taken at the incredible ‘park of generations’ in the south of Portugal. Whether you like to streetskate, BMX, ride around in a snake run or do some freerunning or urban fitness, this park has everything you could ask for! The Parque de Geracoes lies in São João do Estoril which is part of the greater area around Lisbon. Estoril has around 26.500 inhabitants which makes it around the same size of a Dutch town like Heemstede (26.181), Uithoorn (28.314) or Aalsmeer (30.446). We can only stand in awe seeing how a relatively small city like São João has created this unbelievable example of an outdoor urbansportszone. Check out the photos below and a nice video showing how they have built this park in no more then five months… does anyone feel like going down south to check it out yet? Muito bom São João do Estoril!
